Handmade porcelain buttons in form of hearts, sold per buttons. Product photo show samples from this series. The gradient is different from button to button. Please allow minor differences as all the buttons are 100% handmade. Please be aware that this glaze is very sensitive to thickness of the application and its placement in the kiln, so buttons in different sizes or from different firings (although being from the same series) may differ from each other in color.
There are 2 sizes: L hearts are approximately 35x32mm, S are approximately 26x24mm
As most other our buttons these were fired two times. First firing is the so called bisque firing where temperature goes as high as 1000C degrees. After that our buttons are ready to be glazed. We put 2 layers of glaze manually and when they've dried, buttons are fired for the second time at about 1230C degrees. The backside of the buttons stays unglazed.
There buttons are too big for washing machine, only handwash is possible.
