Shipping policy
Since we live on Tenerife and Canary Islands are considered a distant territory outside of EU VAT zone, we strongly suggest that you carefully read this complete policy before placing your order.
SHIPPING FEES AND DESTINATIONS.
Shipping fees depend on your destination and will be shown at the checkout once you have entered the country and zip code.
If the system does not let you check out, then there are 2 options: either we cannot ship to your country due to some regulations or it is just not yet in the system.
Please feel free to contact us per email to check if we can add a shipping rate for your country.
SHIPPING TIMES.
Our order processing time is 1 to 3 working days. That is the time we need to pack, label your orders and hand them over to Correos (our local carrier).
We expect delivery times to be 5 to 10 working days depending on the destination, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays due to custom controls.
CUSTOMS.
When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. As a general rule the buyer is responsible for paying custom duties upon receipt of the package. However in our case it also depends on the value of the order along with the destination country. Here is a quick sum-up info for some of our shipping destinations.
Canary Islands - our legal business location.
There will be no extra import charges if you are ordering from Canary Islands. You can also apply code "canarias" at the checkout to get a 3,5 Euro discount on the shipping rate. Unfortunately the system does not let me separate automatically shipping zone Canary Islands from Spain, so only manual price correction is posible. You can also pick up your order in Radazul or Santa Cruz if agree on a time. This last option is only possible upon prior agreement. Please contact me.
European Union (incl. Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Germany, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (continental part), Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Island, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Portugal, Czech Republic, Sweden).
There shall not be extra import charges if you are ordering as a private customer from the European Union AND your order value is below 150 Euro (excluding shipping rate). We have registered our shop for IOSS(one-stop-shop) import scheme to be able to handle customs for low value orders sent to the EU. So you will just get your order at home with no extra fees or handling. If you meet the requirements above and are still being charged the VAT on arrival, then its a mistake from either the customs agent or the post. You have to claim the mistake, indicating that its the sender who is paying the VAT and its IOSS number was duly provided electronically when the shipping label and customs declaration were created.
If you are ordering from the European Union AND your order value is above 150 Euro (excluding shipping rate), we CANNOT handle customs for you and you will need to pay extra import VAT upon arrival of the goods and most probably also handling fee to your local post. Please check these costs in advance to avoid unpleasant surprises.
If you are a VAT registered business in EU and you want to order as such and get an invoice containing your business details, you have to indicate your VAT ID number when placing the order in the comments section. No matter how big the order value is, you will be charged import VAT upon arrival of the goods. However if you are eligible for VAT return in your country when you are buying B2B, then you should also be able to return this import VAT via the same procedure. Please check with your tax advisor.
Netherlands
Please reach to us per email or instagram if you would like to place an order, it is possible but we need to comment on a couple of details.
USA
Due to new tariffs by US government Spanish post charges us extra fee for customs clearance, so the current shipping rate is higher than used to be. But may be you could animate a friend to order together and split the costs😁
Austria
We do not ship to Austria directly however you might find this service offered by Austrian Post helpful as we DO ship to Germany: https://www.post.at/en/p/a/allespost-germany
Norway.
Norwegian clients can only order from our etsy shop. They will be charged local VAT by the platform and etsy will provide us its VOEC number so that no further charges are due upon arrival of the package to the destination. I can add any product from our main shop to etsy upon request.
United Kindom
We can only process orders from the UK manually, please contact us via email. But basically it comes down to the following :
Private UK clients who's order value is below 135 GBP can only order via our etsy shop. The platform will charge you UK VAT and provide us with its VAT number to avoid further custom charges. I can add any product from our main shop to etsy upon request.
Private UK clients who's order value is above 135 GBP can order from the main shop but UK import VAT and custom duties will be charged by UK authorities EXTRA upon arrival of the goods to UK.
The UK VAT-registered business customers will be responsible for accounting for the UK VAT. We will issue a VAT free invoice due to export. Depending on the order value custom duties may also apply. Please kindly check with your local authorities.
Switzerland
We offer shipping to Switzerland and will attach invoice and customs declaration to our package, however custom duties, import tax and handling fee from the Swiss post may apply depending on the order weight and value, the client is liable of paying these charges. Please check with your local authorities before placing the order. Our packages are very light tending to be 100-250g. One set weights between 12 and 25 grammes, so the import taxes should be really low.
For all other countries please check with your local authorities. We will not be responsible for any custom duties and handling fees related.
